Diversity - The department monitors hiring processes on a bi-annual basis and analyzes who applies and who is invited to an interview. For this purpose we will also ask you a number of questions related to diversity issues. Your answers are not available to the hiring committee or hiring individual and are only used in anonymous aggregated form for statistical analysis. If you do not want to respond to these questions feel free to select 'prefer not to say' - whether you respond or not does not affect your application.
