2024 - 2x-RA-Dictatorships & Stolen Art

Dr. Gonzalez is looking for two Research Assistants, preferably from a social science master's program (e.g. political science), with training in data analysis and/or experience in collecting quantitative data. The work will focus on manually coding information from over 1,400 paintings from digitized historical books. The data collection is part of the project “Dictatorships and Stolen Art”, which is carried out in close collaboration with Dr. Christian Gläßel (Centre for International Security, Hertie School Berlin) and Dr. Adam Scharpf (Deparment of Political Science, University of Copenhagen).
