Susanne Arlt studied Musicology in Innsbruck and completed a master program in Applied Cultural Studies in Saarbrücken. After working for different cultural institutions, she joined the management team of the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich as a Project Manager and HR-Assistant in 2020. A further training in HRM has set a new focus and since March 2023, Susanne is the Personnel & Controlling responsible at the IPZ.
