Samantha Held completed her commercial apprenticeship in public transportation in 2021. During her apprenticeship she attended the free subject psychology with a focus on non-verbal communication. In this course she acquired basic knowledge and skills in the various main areas of psychology and practical implementation. After her apprenticeship, she continued to work for SBB as a customer advisor. 
Since May 2022, Samantha Held has been working as an administrative assistant at the Department of Political Science. In summer 2022, she will start her part-time vocational baccalaureate with a focus on the field of the social sciences.
