Michaela Fischer, born in 1993 in Merano, is a PhD student at the Center for Democracy Studies Aarau since August 2021 and is supervised by Prof. Daniel Kübler. Her dissertation focuses on digital campaigning in Swiss direct democratic votes. She studied political science at the Universities of Innsbruck (BA), Warsaw and Zurich (MA). After completing her master's degree, she worked as a trainee at the research center Eurac Research in Bolzano.
