Ksenia Steiner graduated from the Northwestern Academy of Public Service in Saint-Petersburg, specializing in “State and Municipal Administration” with a focus on “Management Psychology”. Since then she gained many years of experience as a clerk in the aviation industry and is since January 2021 co-responsible for the area Assistenz Lehre.
