Hanno Degner studied Politics and Administrative Sciences at the Universities of Bremen and Konstanz and Sciences Po Grenoble from 2006 to 2011. He completed his PhD on European integration in times of crisis at the University of Konstanz in 2018. From 2015 to 2019 Hanno conducted research in the framework of the EU Horizon 2020 project “EMUChoices.eu”. From September 2019 to August 2020, he worked as Program Director at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen. Since September 2020 Hanno is the study programme coordinator of the IPZ. He is responsible for curriculum development and quality management, as well as study counseling at our institute.
