Sandro Lüscher studied Political Science and Modern History at the University of Zurich. In 2017, he acquired a Bachelor’s degree and in 2019, he completed his studies with the awarding of a Master’s degree. Besides, he was involved in various research projects and worked as a freelance journalist. His main academic interest lies in Swiss politics with a special focus on electoral reforms and political theory. Since July 2019, he works as an assistant at the chair of Professor Thomas Widmer, where he simultaneously started with his doctoral thesis on the causes and effects of electoral reforms in the Swiss cantons.
