Philipp Scherer is a Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of Political Behavior and Digital Media. His PhD is part of the DIZH-funded project ‘SIMPLIFY!’, conducted in collaboration with the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and supervised by Karsten Donnay (University of Zurich) and Rainer Gabriel (ZHAW).
Previously, Philipp worked as Senior Project Manager for digital citizen participation at CrowdInsights GmbH. He holds a B.A. (2018–2021) and an M.A. (2021–2025) in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz, with exchange stays at the University of Vienna and Tel Aviv University.
